Product awards require a £150 entry fee to be submitted with each entry

Please submit at least two testimonials/references from colleagues or customers (each must be not more that 500 words max and can be in letter or statement format)

Please provide all details of any third party involvement in the projects, ie service providers/consultants/vendors

Projects must have been completed and all products launched between 1st January 2006 and 1st April 2007.

A significant upgrade to a product will be accepted, provided that upgrade took place within the stated time period above.

Closing date for all entries: Friday 20^th April 2007

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation.

The judges’ decision is final in all cases. No correspondence will be entered into.

All finalists will be notified in advance of the presentation of awards.

The winner of each category will be announced at the presentation of the awards. Under no circumstances will winners’ details be disclosed before that time.

The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate.

All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges.

Reviews of product submissions from finalists and winners will be published in connection with the awards. Entrants may however mark certain confidential or sensitive parts of their entry as “not for publication”.

Products must be made available for review if requested by the judging panel; entrants will be informed if a product is required.

Entries from companies outside the UK are permitted, provided the project and/or products are available in the UK/Europe.

Companies may submit more that one product for entry into a single category, however the same product may not be entered into multiple awards.

Network Service Providers/Consultancies/Outsourcers and Networking Vendors may enter the project categories on behalf of a customer or submit a joint entry.
